IMPORTANT: Please review the entire form before you begin.

Before you start, make sure you have all the required documents ready:
• A copy of ID or other proof of DFW address to validate eligibility
• A copy of your most recent school transcript (Spring 2026 or last semester you took)
• Two (2) recommendation letters (Academic and Professional)
• A link to your YouTube video created according to the requirements (see the Video Essay Requirements section)

Note: You must complete and submit the application in one session. There’s no option to save your progress.

Notice of Age Requirement:

Students who plan to attend a two-year college or four-year university / college during the 2026–2027 academic year to pursue undergraduate or graduate studies must be 25 years of age or younger as of the application deadline (August 16, 2026).

Applicants who do not meet this age requirement are not eligible to apply.

Notice of Age Requirement:

Students who plan to pursue a Education for Employment / Skills Training type of program during the 2026–2027 academic year must be 35 years of age or younger as of the application deadline (August 16, 2026).

Video Essay Requirements:

  • Your video must be 3-5 minutes long.
  • Upload your video to YouTube with the privacy setting set to Public or Unlisted.
  • Answer the following Video Essay Prompt: How have you (or how do you plan to) make a positive impact in your community (through volunteerism, work, studies, etc.), including underserved or historically under-resourced communities?
  • Also address the following in your video:
    • Academic Background & Goals
      • Share your academic journey and interests.
      • Explain what you plan to study and how it aligns with your goals.
    • Overcoming Obstacles
      • Share any major challenges you have faced (or expect to face), and how you have addressed or plan to address them.
      • Tell us how the IMME Becas / HACEMOS NTX scholarship will help you achieve your goals.
Link to your YouTube video, make sure the video privacy setting is set to Public or Unlisted
